1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Subhan's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Subhan provides mobile application development services including:
- iOS and Android native development
- Cross-platform app development (Flutter, React Native)
- UI/UX design and prototyping
- App maintenance and support
All services are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
- You receive full ownership of the final deliverables (source code, designs)
- We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio
- Third-party libraries remain subject to their respective licenses
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment schedule:
- 30% deposit to commence work
- 40% upon completion of development phase
- 30% upon final delivery and acceptance
Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Third-party service failures (e.g., app store rejections)
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA.
